Pros
Hours are good. 4 10 hour days with sunday off
Cons
The lack of management is astounding. They tell you about management positions then make you doanagent work but when you question the pay increase your told "It's a process." Barely 30 days in they want you to run a store with bare minimum on training. There is NO OPEN DOOR POLICY although hr will say if you have any issues to call. Then you get fired when you lash out a little because you were left on busy day by yourself, with no manager that knows what they are doing. They may promise management but honestly the pay is not matched for the manager work. They tell you to not speak of your pay but really it ain't all that to talk about any ways. I'm glad they fired me. They will work you at the lowest pay you will take. I got a job now that pays well over what they offer assistant managers. 16.50 to run that place is a joke. They have high turn over due to pay and lack of training. Precious manager was there for a year and still had questions while running the store. Why is that? Lack of training. As long as you kiss butt for your store manager and she's happy then you will make it but people like me that stand up for myself won't make the 90 days.
