      A fake it till you make it company

      Pros

      The location is great and you can wear almost anything.

      Cons

      Very strange work culture with no room for growth and a high turn over rate. The people that leave tend to be ambitious and the ones that stay tend to be lazy and complacent. Passive employees seem to do very well here. Also the actual technology is poor. The tech department doesn't know how to fix or add anything without breaking something else...which then takes a long time to fix.

      Everything, management hates the ceo (Vince) and speaks very negatively about him when he’s gone. The CEO is a very nice man so it’s pretty unprofessional that they will spread rumors within the company about him, his Vp’s dislike him the most and have rude things to say about him

      Poor higher level management.

      Pros

      Work with some great people. Most people Really want to do great things. Free coffee and lots of events to go to.

      Cons

      No 401k match, management is always looking to see who to blame for not hitting goals. Who fault is it. Pointing fingers at other groups. Out dated technology. Main person over whole call center has no idea what he is doing. He like to keep people guessing on what he wants because he doesn’t know what he wants. He said you will never meet his standards because they are always changing. Terrible way to lead.
