Pros
Has the full smattering of technologies from COBOL to REST API. Has the full range of people from fresh out of Uni to septegenarians. So it's like an enormous extended family of 100 people. Much higher female to male ratio than any Tech firm I've worked for. Makes sense because you'll need to be on your game to work at HPD. However, it has a patient culture, amicable and supportive. The client facing work is where the interactions liven up - banks and finance companies dealing with large amounts of money so need to be attentive and professional. No forced "tech savvy" brand awareness, the people are all genuinely interested in the latest gadgety stuff. Some actually ride electric skateboards :)

Internal admin software well past use by. New gear filtering through now though.
