Pros

End of the year bingo.

Cons

Every employee is undervalued. They fired one of their top reps to outsource the work cheaper to Mexico. They told an employee 'You should be grateful' for their pay when asked for a raise when in comparison to their field they were underpaid entirely. They claim they "want to pay everyone more" but they don't. They opt for expensive ai meaning they need to make even more money than they did before to break even which means they're definitely not paying anyone more and continue to cut costs elsewhere wherever they can. They don't value you regardless of how long you've worked at the company. The owner attempted to sabotage a sales' reps' attempt to leave by bad mouthing them to their prospective job. They don't offer severance or support for anyone fired due to their cheap outsourcing. Any complaints to HR about behavior are brushed under the rug especially if it's from management. "We'll talk to them" and then they don't. Or, they do and there's retaliation. On top of that the management team is a joke and half of them barely know what they're doing at a given time. They'll all tell you something different, then get mad at you for doing what they told you to do because they forget what they tell you after a month. Just a horrible experience to work here. The only wage increase you'll ever get is the mandatory minimum wage increase. You get five sick days a year and they don't like when you use them. There is mediocre benefits, but you don't get paid enough to bother with them. There is no career growth opportunities, no PTO, and no point to bothering with this company.
