There is one account manager who you must send all candidates through. She does not accept many submittals, but has a good success rate. You are working with as a vendor to financial companies, so the roles are terrible. Out of 15 roles, 2 might be worth the time. The others close in a few days, a week, or two weeks.
It also means there is no exclusivity between you and the client. Resumes are sent in and ignored.
You will close maybe 1-3 deals per month with this process, but there are always months with 0 deals being closed. Personally, I know that with the account manager and the clients I work with, I will not make six figures here.
The commissions are also a bit skimpy and not guaranteed.
