I have been working here for some time and it’s been a good learning experience. You get exposure to real client requirements and can understand how US staffing actually works. The team is supportive and management is easy to approach if you have any concerns.

Cons

Work pressure is there sometimes, especially when there are urgent requirements. Processes are still improving, so things may change quickly.

Avoid Lenora Systems Inc. and Quadrant Technologies - Fraudulent H1B Filing Practices!

I had a horrible terrible experience with Lenora Systems Inc. and Quadrant Technologies. This issue may also be escalated to USCIS, along with all supporting evidence. They charged me 7-8 lakhs for H1B filing through cash and online transfers with proofs, but there was no Project placement and proper marketing persons in the USA, which makes it a complete waste of money. If they file your H1B, They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive, and when you try to follow up, they ignore your calls harsh responses. The staff is rude, and their services are unreliable. I do not recommend these companies at all! Avoid considering Lenora System and Quadrant Technologies for any USA Opportunities
