      * Lots of chances to progress in terms of career * Very good culture within engineering

      * Fast growing company which comes with certain pains. They are often dealt with but sometimes it takes a few months of issues before they are properly addressed

      Flat hierarchy which means that you get a lot of autonomy, responsibility and freedom. Great work environment with focus on employee experience and well being. Social work environment with a lot of social events. Team spirit across the organisation and sweet and talented colleagues that are always ready to help. Career growth and a lot of development. Young, diverse and international environment. In general great energy and positive vibes. Agile way of working and you can help set the direction and see the value of your work.
