Pros

Good products when they finally launch. Engineering is very good but slow.

Cons

No direction or plan, Very small market share. New product launches delayed over and over. Sales management is nonexistent but was report driven. Worst place I have worked, IT took over a week to get back to you.

Pros

- Not many to speak of to be honest. The pay was fair but and the benefits were mediocre. - Lots of opportunities for minorities in plant operations, very few in office area.

Cons

- Uxbridge is in the middle of nowhere so you need to bring lunch - Executive team was dysfunctional and offered little leadership - Hard work is not recognized - Subservient to German headquarters - Can't compete due to poor business development leadership, incapable sales team, and inability to deliver automation products from Europe in timely fashion.
