The salary was the only Pro

Cons

Lack of transparency from different departments within the company. No feedback nor guidance given by Line Managers towards the team and individual objectives. More reactive than pro-active mindset that leads to uncertainty. That makes the employees feel misplaced and misbelief about the team and company's future/project.
