I’ve had good exposure at Lera, especially interacting with senior stakeholders. The work around AI and analytics is quite engaging, and there’s a fair amount of ownership, which helps you learn quickly.

Cons

At the same time, since things are still evolving, a lot depends on coordination across teams and timelines can sometimes take effort to manage. Overall, it’s been a solid learning experience, especially if you’re comfortable working in a setup that’s still building its structure.
