My first month at Lerch Bates has been incredibly positive, and I’m so glad I joined as an employee-owner. The HR team is supportive, well-organized, and ensured I was thoroughly onboarded and trained. From the start, I’ve felt that my ideas are valued and that I’m kept informed about what’s happening across the company.
The benefits package is also excellent. A 6% 401(k) match combined with the employee stock ownership program makes saving for retirement much more accessible. I’m also looking forward to continuing to grow professionally through the company’s learning and development programs and tuition reimbursement.
