      The other employees were nice, but with the turnover here I'm sure it is all different people now.

      Cons

      Incredibly toxic work environment. Avoid working here.

      I am sorry you had the experience you did. We have restructured the company tremendously since this review was posted. The environment is completely different and we have even added a couple of different departments to help aid with this.

      - Electric work atmosphere - Great coworkers - Amazing support staff - Vast variety of projects - Newly updated programs for project management and estimating - Lucrative profit sharing programs - Motivating owner and mentor

      Cons

      - Long hours - Work load - Stress (I believe its normal for the volume of work) - Micromanagement (unnecessary at times)

      The staff is very friendly.

      Cons

      Incredibly toxic environment. The owner is nothing less than an egotistical bully who comes off as a nice guy. Do not fall for it. This place will make your life miserable.
