Pros
Salary - CEO keeps you all controlled because of the salary being competitive for recent graduates (i can assure you all Canadian/US companies offer WAY more)
Cons
Everything especially the way the CEO talks to employees. No respect for anyone. The ceo is a narcassist. Will do whatever to pit employees against one another. There wont be any HR. you can get fired and your salary can be withheld.

- Really nice if you enjoy the "boys club" mentality - Seems like an okay stepping stone for coop students that are in-person (in person only)
Cons
- Not a remote friendly environment, those are employees are basically ignored - No training or structure from day one - No room for growth (personally or professionally) - Very much a "boys club" - Hostile work environment
