Pros

Geographically located HQ in nice Detroit suburbs. Plants are scattered around USA in mostly remote locations.

Cons

Dysfunctional and combative culture does not work well for careers. High turnover of sales team always leads to new people coming on board and always in perpetual training mode.

The only pro of working in management at Letica was the fully company paid medical insurance that was offered and started after 90 days.

Cons

Management was only focused on the bottom line. Many safety violations and improper training of production employees. High level management was not honest.

The founder is a joy to work with - he is supportive, wise, and excited about the business. Nearly free healthcare. Pretty location.

Cons

Awful morale, slow as molasses, way behind the curve - they make money by accident! A stepping stone for a title, not somewhere you want to stay very long.
