We work as per the agreement executed while joining, The one who have not serve decided notice period, they might have to face issues during F&F, as decided notice period is to serve or salary in lieu basis.
Also we have No Bond Policy which is in the favor of Employees, But notice period is mandatory which is only 35 working days as per standard work policy.
Yes you have to maintain your time log(Check-in and Check-out office time) without fail at Letmegrab, otherwise your wages will get deducted on the event of failure.
In the case of seniority, If any document is taken by company, then company provide LOD(List of Documents) with duly sign and signature, against the submitted document. Till during the life-span of the organization No Documents we have misused, We always returned submitted documents in same condition as submission time.
We have faced delay in product launch because of the same employees who have worked irresponsibly, also who have not served notice period, who have left irresponsibly, who have not done his task completed timely, who have always deliver lie to the company, while they were worked from home, who were working for the company from their home but they were not working for the company actually they were working freelancing, Also who have stolen codes and also they kept third party person into company's GIT account and on the event of caught that responsible person have said that We don't know about this.
