Pros
Awesome work environment! Never had so much fun while working, great team and a place where you can learn and try out new ideas.
Cons
Inhouse team doesn't hold much of importance to the organization. Announcements and informations are circulated in an informal way. Didn't like the increment and incentive structure over here.
