Pros

None. There is absolutely no benefits.

Cons

The company has no staff room to allow for breaks. They don't even provide tea, coffee or milk. No provision of pension, sick pay or health insurance. They made me redundant for no reason after working there for 3 months but said there was no problem with my work. They did this to 5 other people in the previous 6 months before i started my employment there. The work hours are long, 9-6. Nurses had to fight with management for their salary to be in line with IMNO salary scale.

Pros

Don't do it to yourself unless you're completely desperate.

Cons

Don't trust the fake reviews solicited by management. While your experience may somewhat differ based on the department / team here is some general feedback about the company: 1. Extremely fast paced, high growth, high risk startup with unproven business model. Sink of swim environment. 2. No work and life balance. 9-6 working hours with many staying longer. No flexibility around start times or time off. 3. High staff turnover. 4. Megalomaniac, micromanager CEO surrounded by "yes people".

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, this was a tough review to read. As we experience this fast paced, high growth phase we continuously aim to improve our employee experience and to create a great place to work for all the teams. I am working with the leadership team on feedback I have had from teams and from the leaders on what we can do to improve our employee experience and I do hope some of the initiatives address some of the concerns that you have raised. I am disappointed to learn that your experience has fallen short of the standards we expect. We take your feedback seriously and I’d welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you to help us grow better as an organization. Please reach out to me directly to discuss your concerns and feedback. Rgds, Cathy

Pros

The company has a lot of potential and I've seen a lot of changes since I've joined which makes me want to stay a bit longer and see where it goes, but I'm starting to lose hope. The people are nice and I don't see a lot of people super stressed or simply completely unhappy with life in the company - people that leave, leave without hatred for the company.

Cons

Even though I would love to recommend working here to other people, the lack of a Sick Day leave scheme, no flexi hours and working 9 to 6 (big one for me as I live far from the company) make me think they don't really care that much about the employees after all. They're always hiring more people because the employee turnover is way higher than it should be for a startup/tech company - and I do believe the 3 points I highlighted before are a big reason for that.
