      Business used to be great. Top notch company. Great employees, good customers.

      Cons

      Bought out by Investors..perception is they are driving it into the ground. Lining there pockets. Only a skeleton crew remains. Little to no work on the floor

      Lots of opportunities for training and cross training, laid back culture, deep understanding of the industry, women in leadership roles, energy efficiency focused

      Little-no opportunity for advancement/growth, lacking structure for basic role responsibilities, favoritism, opaque management feedback, no competitive pay
