Pros

Midsize GC with larger volume projects. Pay is also higher than well established GCs based on employees experience. Have not seen much more to describe.

Cons

Long hours, weekend work, not friendly, structure is not as shiny as they market for, you have to be able to play the game, the list doesn't stop here. I wouldn't recommend this company to my friends.

Pros

Young driven recognized developing construction company, able to achieve projects substaining profitability and stability in the industry.

Cons

Ego's override professional judgement, management is rude and degrades employees. Don't appreciate skills and acknowledge employee brings to the company. Confidentiality can not be trusted.

Pros

Since the company is fairly new in business there are many of the new things to learn in various fields. However, if you don't like hectic or unstable environment it might be not a good fit for you. Benefits are not worse or better than any other company. Great learning opportunities for the interns who are just out of college and trying to get in into the field. That is pretty much all I can say about positive things.

Cons

Oh...where do I even start... The company is basically a rip off of the Rudolf and Slatten (R&S) So the major part of higher ups came from there and brought the same hostile old school culture with them. There is no office etiquette per say , people rarely greet you or say hi, people are extremely stressed and totally unhappy. Since they are fairly new in business, they are grabbing all the jobs possible with questionable clientele and completely understuffed for the work load. If you are an engineer or PM on the job you will work ridiculous hours at times, so the work/life balance seems questionable. All the executives and management have such a huge heads that they talk to you in such a condencending manner that you start to feel like you are a lower grade human being. The turn over in a company seems constant just because people get so stressed out they cannot do it anymore. I guess you should judge it for yourself if you decide to join the company. It is not that great as it being sold to you once they want you to work for them. Don't be surprised if you get the offer on the spot or next day. They are desperate that much because people don't stay once they figured it out.
