I can't think of anything that I can include for this review.

Cons

The CEO did not pay my last 3 weeks of hard work just because I resigned due to life problems and it's affecting my mental health. This unpaid amount is critical for my monthly expenses, including food and medicine. It’s disheartening to see how my efforts are overlooked, while the company retains money that clients have already paid for my services.

The only time anyone is ever not paid is if they break their contract with the company. I am going to assume by the anonymous nature of your post, you don't want us to identify who you are as we could easily share details of your termination. If you cause damage to a client's business, to Level 9 Virtual as a business (causing us to lose a client) and/or you break the terms of your contract, then you forfeit your pay. Most VAs don't have that issue because they work ethically. Let me know who you are and I will pull up our records of the reason you were terminated, we can discuss it from there.

I'm not sure who you are as your comment is anonymous, but we do work to get every team member work with a client. However, if you cancel a contract with a client, that is a huge red flag for us as it doesn't help the company, it creates a challenge for the client, who then either cancels services or is unhappy. How long have you worked for the company before writing a review about rate, desire for a raise? If you're a project manager, I would suggest discussing this with me rather than writing a review like this... especially if you just received a raise.
