Pros
Ability to work in the music industry, decent pay, some good people to work with in the office.
Cons
First off this job can be 100% done remotely or at least semi-remotely. Stripping your workers of that flexibility isn't great especially while we're still in a pandemic. Second off there's a serious lack of communication coming from management. This causes confusion which leads to certain deadlines/goals not being met, which eventually falls onto the assistants. Complete lack of empathy, and doesn't bother to address what the root of an issue might be.

Growing company, so normal growing pains. Better every year though
