Pros
-Very competent coworkers -Lots of independence -Horizontal hierarchy -No office politics -All required tools and software are provided -Things just seem to work, it's nice to just come in and concentrate on your job -Good pay
Cons
-No major cons. The only thing is the client base tends to be mostly the large national/regional homebuilders. I think as the company grows, new employees with different experience will bring in different clients.
