Cons
There is no training. The first months everything goes relatively well, but then they put you to collaborate in Operativas"that really are Slavery, 11 hours a day from 7 to 18hrs. from Monday to Saturday. I was a Key account manager and ended up checking and plasticizing cars in a workshop. By opposing it as it was not in my contract I was fired for lack of commitment.
