Salary on time, Super on time, The main owner seems to be the only one with the grip ... and that's about it
Cons
Rude, sarcastic management with a do and shut-up attitude. Lack of elementary skills in PM or HR areas. No recognition or reward. No pay for extra hours, shifty games when it comes to getting back time as a day in lieu. Massive staff retention and resourcing issues.
