Pros of this opportunity would be: 1. You get to meet comedians and celebrities who perform at the venue. 2. Enjoy the restaurant food

Cons of this opportunity would be: 1. Overworked and under paid 2. Cannot ever get a clear or straight answer from upper management. 3. Treated as another number who can be replaced at anytime. 4. The values & morals of the owners are quite questionable. 5. Required to travel for training but must put all charges on personal credit card and then jump through hoops in order to get reimbursed. 6. Unfortunate to see men & woman not treated equally in this day and age.

Free comedy shows. Can sometimes meet amazing and talented people in the industry. That’s honestly the only thing I can think of pros wise

Cons

Poor management. Everyone has a bad attitude and acts like their in prison. Work that goes above and beyond never gets noticed. Bad work goes unnoticed. Things constantly break or get stolen. Management won’t pay to fix. Expects you to pay out of pocket. Management is also very two face. Will say one thing to a group then talk bad about that group to another. This cause clicked and in fighting.

The only benefit is that everyone is fine with mediocre. So if you want a job where you get to be lazy and mediocre all the time and get bullied or accused of being "stuck up" for striving for excellence, this is the place for you!

Cons

Super old school mentality. Boys club. Inability to respond or be aware of the needs of the market place and changing times. Poor business acumen. Poor marketing. Not innovative at all. Poor executive level management runs downhill.
