Pros
Excellent work-life balance. The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need to; it's a fair trade.
Cons
I can't really say if it is a con's of the company as it's a small-medium enterprise. But there is a lack of employee growth and salaries will not let you keep up with inflation.
