Cons

No raises..none. Zip Lots of system and company changes Managers are moved around a lot ,so they are lost when I comes to the clients ways of doing things sometimes. It can make processes and everyday work days hard

The courses and cues provided are top tier!

Cons

Management is all over the place and will through coders under the bus to cover their mess. Training is subpar and most of the people doing the training need to be retrained themselves. Lots of room for improvement with this company. You are just a worker bee to them so take care of yourself and use your pto!!!
