Multiple OSHA violations, frequent catastrophic injuries, long hours, crappy pay, cruddy people, bad safety practices, this job takes over your life, shop is filthy and cluttered, you are treated like a prisoner not a human being, every piece of equipment is old and beat up, cheap welding wire creates nasty fumes, no ventilation(violates Arkansas state code), always hot and muggy in the shop, breaks are too short, the list goes on
