Pros
Lots of long term employees and staff, there was an employee who retired after 40 years while I was there. There is a great deal of internal ability to move up the ladder. One division president started his career as a janitor. It doesn't get any more real than that.
Cons
Manufacturing floor is necessarily hot and loud. And though improvements were always being made, it is the nature of rubber molding environment.
