Pros
The staff is great and supportive, management is clear and fair. The work is engaging and challenging. They value education and will provide that opportunity.
Cons
The only REAL con is a time sheet that you get used to quickly. Other than that, you have to be willing to go on-site if it's necessary, but they aren't here to waste your time.

3 different management styles and expectations The company is divided by 2 Teams NY and NJ. NJ being the worse one to work for. NJ boss is horrible Expected to hit the ground running with no training You have to fill in time sheets for everything you do every week. There is no good system in place for the clients you deal with and how they are setup This company will have trouble finding new people who will want to stay due to their treatment of employees. Bonus and Raises are almost non existent.
