      Great consulting company to work for

      Pros

      My ideas and input are valued and heard; some have been implemented. Extreme flexibility/work from anywhere model. Leaders trust me to do my job and let me do it. Leadership team has been extremely transparent with business pipeline as well as health of the organization.

      Cons

      Consulting work is not for everyone. Recent projects have deviated from our core "bread and butter". Stability was in question during initial COVID wave and required some layoffs.

      Best Consultancy I’ve Worked For

      Pros

      The overall layout of the organization combines the best of what I’ve seen in my career. There is full transparency in every part of the company. Support is everywhere you need it. Senior leadership is deeply engaged with delivery. There is a culture of openness where all are encouraged to connect. In the world of consulting, I believe I’ve found a diamond in the rough.

      Cons

      None. I’ve been in environments that are caustic, lacking support. I’ve seen infighting and cultures that seek to force compliance. Lextech has none of these qualities.

      Get to work on cutting edge tech projects with large fortune 500 clients. Management team really cares about the well-being of their employees. 100% remote work with great work/life balance.

      Cons

      100% remote work - sort of miss going to the office.
