Good company, bad managers.
Pros
The general working environment was great, pretty at ease. Good comunication between collegues, even inter-departmental.
Cons
Poor payment regarding the experience one offers to the job. Didn't receive any bonuses whatsoever nor salary upgrades during the whole 3 years working there, dispite the dedication and elevated quality of my work - whilest others that had far less experience and delivered poor coding skills, got bonuses and promotions. The department lead developer and coordinator (in the north branch) lacked experience and worse, he often passed teammates ideas as his own, taking undeserved credit for them. The department director (in the headquarters) does not have any development knowledge or notions whatsoever, has never followed up on any developing project and has no consideration nor respect for the people working under him in the development department (at least the employees in the north branch).
