      Closing down the entire Service Department!

      It was decent pay and there was plenty of OT....5am start and Saturdays were the norm, so you could make decent money, but 60 hr weeks were the norm

      Cons

      Management,m expectation of working OT and starting at 5 AM and Saturdays were a 'reward'? Management mismanaged the entire process of receiving, repairing and returning pumps and all of us Techs are paying for it with our jobs, Management lied to us for months promising that Service was going to go to our 'New Building', which isn't happening anymore either.

      - 172+ years old company with great quality product. - Good learning opportunities in the field of Vacuum. - It is the part of Atlas Copco group.

      Cons

      - For mentioned position from last 5 years 4 people left the job due to same reasons. - There is no team work, coordination and support. It just everyone playing their own games for satisfying their own ego. - Most of managerial people are narrow minded and egoistic in nature. They will never entertain new ideas, creativity or out of the box thinking.
