Pros

There is nothing positive I can find in this company. It’s really disappointing and sad. If anyone is thinking of joining this company, please think carefully before making your decision. Honestly, it feels scary to work in such an environment.

Cons

I cannot find any positive reason here. What I see is a cold-hearted management in this company, especially one of the directors. “2+2+2+2 = xx.” I never expected that a company with such a beautiful outlook could have such terrible internal management and people. The person I’m referring to is related to the family members within the company. It feels like you are only protected if you are part of the family; otherwise, you are treated and labelled as nothing more than a worker.

Pros

No pros.. but if had to mention one, it's close to MRT station

Cons

1. Long working hours 8:30am to 6:15pm. No one leaves work even when it's already time to clock out. (Level 8) 2. Toxic working culture, micromanagement 3. Unfriendly colleagues. 4. Heavy workload, and many procedures are still done manually, which make everything had to complete in double/triple times 5. The management like to celebrate company event during off-hours and it makes me feel like my personal time is being taken away 6. Very little of annual leave and there's no any other additional leave like bday leave and family care leave

Pros

nothing to share and it look like big company but actually the management culture very old minded concept. The system also very old school style.

Cons

It sounds like a really tough situation. It's unacceptable for a manager to bully newcomers, especially to the point of making them cry and leaving the company. Just because someone has been around for a long time doesn’t mean they can mistreat others. If their behavior is damaging the work environment, it’s definitely a concern that should be addressed. It’s important for companies to foster a respectful and supportive atmosphere for all employees, regardless of tenure. I agree that such behavior should be taken seriously, and addressing it appropriately is crucial for the team's well-being.
