      Good pay, good benefits, and great culture. We were a family. Theres some that didn't act that way but for the most part we were close.

      Salary and management needed an overhaul.

      Good pay, good benefits, and a lot of overtime that was not mandatory. Even had production bonus. Apprenticeship programs

      Cons

      Lay-offs for shop PM. Union company with seniority. older operator would not retire but did not want to work.
