      Pays well, not much else

      Cons

      Benefits, President/CEO not personable, doesn't care about employees at all! Work environment is dull, not challenging at all. Hard work goes un-noticed.

      Relatively stable company to work for; competent employees...

      Cons

      Upper management (which consists of the President and CEO) does not have any interest in employee morale, does not think it is important, and refuses to make any investment (monetary, time, energy, or emotional) in the improvement of the "Corporate Culture". Good people leave and the CEO wonders why. I would not recommend working here. Save yourselves!

      Pros

      Built a compliance department from the ground up. Liberty Bankers was a start up company and I always wanted to create my own compliance department.

      Cons

      CEO would purchase blocks of business based solely on potential profits and little due diligence was done making my job very cumbersome as the client files were incomplete.
