-Great group of people in many different departments -Decent hours compared to the industry standards -Fun atmosphere (for the most part)

Cons

-Lousy HR department -No recognition or appreciation to those that perform well especially from CEO -Very little chance for any advancement or raise

Pros

Very good store locations. Good people work here. Company is starting to grow rapidly not only in Canada but in USA too.

Cons

No growth what so ever... People get stuck in one position forever. No promoting within the company. They think bringing new people works better than people they already invested time and money in. Micromanaging by upper management.

Free lunch, but usually dry left overs from the function the night before. Close to Liberty Village and good food

Cons

Low Wages, LOTS of angry people, expected to work long hours with no overtime, office environment is toxic, poor management and lots of horrible ethical choices made by owners which staff are expected to agree with and then those same staff are blamed when "things" get discovered. Most of the restaurants have false positive reviews written by staff. No vision for the future, poor staff retention (a revolving door). Little to no communication from the top down to the staff that need the info. Staff are burnt out.
