Pros

Leadership generally is very flexible with employees, allowing for flex scheduling and some ability to work from home when the need arises. Overall good benefits. Generally friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Company has shown less focus on employee development in recent years. Corporate objectives/initiatives can stretch talent very thin, often with the feel that there are more tasks/goals than can be adequately addressed.

Pros

Liberty offers a casual work environment with many employee perks. It is focused on improvement and maximizing each department. Generally there is an amicable relationship between employees, directors, etc.

Cons

The work at Liberty is fast-paced and sometimes it results in many last-minute, rush assignments. Communication was sometimes difficult across multiple groups which resulted in accountability issues and information containing errors. The promotion potential was also seemingly limited.
