Pros

Tough to think of any. Fair benefit package offered. Nice location for office. Cannot think of anything else positive to say about this organization.

Cons

Salaried employees work ridiculous hours for very low pay. Management condescending and work environment is filled with finger pointing

Pros

There are no pros of working at Liberty Moving & Storage.

Cons

If you’re someone who values work/life balance, do not work at Liberty Moving & Storage. They sell you the dream of working for a company that treats everyone like family, but that could not be further from the truth. Management does not care about their employees. Their benefits package is an absolute joke (in the first year they give you 6 days off), the quality of healthcare is terrible, they tolerate bullying, and foster a toxic work environment. In my year working at Liberty, I have witnessed physical fights in the office and countless times where employees cursed each other out. The office is more of a circus than an actual office. They truly believe giving employees bagels on Friday’s makes up for the awful way they treat their employees. Working at Liberty was the worst year of my professional career. STAY AWAY!

Very cliquey and unforgiving

Pros

Warehouse guys and movers are good people.

Cons

Management uses intimidation and scare tactics to get the job done. Not much forgiveness with operations training and is very cliquey. I was never given advice on how to improve my work and worked 10-12 hour days with not much incentive. Cut out the “goomba” attitude and owners will get more respect from the workers who put on a front in front of them in order not to be criticized. I felt unwelcome and not a part of the team. Operations and coordinators were quick to put the blame on someone that wasn’t themselves instead of attempting to fix the problem together. C
