      This is the place to go for someone looking to enter the mental health field and even grow and develop their career. The field of mental/behavioral health is not an easy field but this is an excellent place to work for those who are passionate about influencing youth.

      Mandatory overtime. Long hours. Stressful work.

      positive staff, sense of family/teamwork, free meals, free company shirts, lots of fun activities that encourage building relationships with fellow staff members and residents.

      Cons

      low pay, insurance isnt the greatest.
