Had potential to be a really great place to work.

Cons

Zero flexibility, horrible management, communication is non-existent, there is now speculation of the CEO and another employee sneaking around that is lower management. Upper executives and managers don’t care what you have to say. If you disagree or have an opinion you run the risk of getting fired.
