- The office is in Cyber hub, which is a cool place to go for office. - Direct metro connectivity, ease of travel. - Great leadership in the marketing team

- A family runs the company, and many business heads lead different parts, which can lead to lots of friction between departments. - They don't value talent, so there is no space for you to grow financially and professionally in the company. - Favouritism - It is more like working in a government office - Although it says they have alternate Saturdays off, they keep switching them from other vacations which might be coming on Sunday so you will be working almost all Saturdays. It has 6 days working. This is because it is a manufacturing company.
