This small company is very passionate about taking care of its clients and its staff. They don’t just talk a good talk on work-life balance, they actually put their money where their mouth is - literally. They provide quarterly and annual bonus plans, excellent benefits, wonderful coworkers and a ton of autonomy. They throw an amazing annual overnight Christmas party and summer picnic. Lots of remote work opportunities. You’ll receive thoughtful gifts for your birthday and annual anniversary. The OCM Practice Director is an incredible person and leader.
Cons
There is little to no contact with the owners of the company. You will interface almost completely with only your Practice Director. There are zero advancement opportunities and zero development opportunities - no conferences, certifications, or classes are paid for by the company. No annual reviews.
