      Thank you for leaving a response. Unfortunately without examples of why you were unhappy doesn't allow any follow up on my end. A culture is not able to change or advance with out constructive feedback. Libra does wish you the best in your future endeavors.

      Pros

      Flex time, and for the most part was left alone to do my job.

      Cons

      Management was horrendous. They were all nice guys, but finding a pair in the team was almost impossible.

      Reading your feedback above does not quite provide feedback that is constructive where follow up can be investigated. Note that sometimes with new management there is a learning curve and takes time to build relationships with the team. We are working hard to make this happen more quickly to provide a great place to work for our employees.

      Terrible management at Dallas location

      I got a paycheck on time

      Cons

      The Dallas facility has very poor local management. They have gotten rid of employee incentives and treat employees poorly. I hear the corporate facility gets much better treatment. The front office staff were led by sexist teams that did not support women in the workplace or family balance. It was a poor culture.
