-Consistent hours: There’s always work to be done at Libs - Good Benefits - Smart Management: The people running the company have actually worked “down in the dirt” like everyone else and know how awful some of these jobs can be and try to make things better for their employees

- Occasional Lack of Communication: Most superintendents attempt to let the flaggers know what’s going on and what’s happening at the job site while other will quite literally only have “Flag for *Foreman*” in the job description which can make getting prepared for a job impossible cause you have no idea what’s going to happen at the job. - Long Hours: I’m putting this not really as a complaint but more as a warning for those looking for a typical 9 to 5 cause you should look else where. This job is a “We’ll go home when it’s done” job so expect 10-11 hour days being the usual with the occasional 12-14 hour days.
