Pros
Family Atmosphere. Most Co-Workers are fun to work with. Trips with the persons served can be very engaging. Resonable accomodations can be made. Can be stressful at time but overall a laid back environment. PLENTY of overtime.
Cons
-"Good Ole Boy" Atmosphere. The right people can sweep situations away for their "friends". -Nepotism is becoming an issue. -To be TRUELY noticed and appreciated you need to give your outside life too. -Equal pay for Equal work is skewed even within departments. -Elitist attitudes are emerging and seemingly fostered.
