There is an amazing community and workplace family environment.

I can't think of any negatives other than the pay is lower than other private schools in the state.

Great with children and always will know your child is safe

Cons

Downside is that your children are safe but are being taught by a staff who judges and looks down on others and pretty soon your child will pick up the same horrible qualities

Pros

There isn't anything I don't like about working at LCA. The people are incredible to work with. I feel supported and cared for.

Cons

The salary wasn't working for me anymore. I'm leaving only because I can't afford to work there anymore. :(
