Pros

Saving Lives Daily, Not Micro-managed. Everyone is willing to help at all levels of senority. A very friendly and caring enviroment. Open to employee feedback for improvment. Simple to understand Metrics and multi level bonus structure. Advancement from within. Consistant recognition. Open door policy with management. Close to home and also offers work from home postions.

Cons

Very fast training, too fast. Not enough emphesis on the VOC. Call flow/structure is lacking empathy. Poor coaching and the quality process does not seem to take into account the VOC.

Pros

They'll take anybody willing to work. You'll get enough hours and then some.

Cons

This is a salesperson's job masqueraded as a health screening service that demands a 'fine-dining experience' for their customers but in reality this is the 'fast-food' of healthcare. The longer a person works here, they will forget the skills they acquired in school and the less confident and marketable they will be.

Pros

My co-workers and the potential for the services that they provide to save lives. An organization could easily be a top employer in Ohio if they simply started being ethical and using common sense leadership.

Cons

Terrible leadership, piss-poor policies, low-ball salaries, no raises, management has a history of being professionally vindictive and nasty to any employee who doesn't comply. Some are promoted through favoritism rather than work ethic and value-added. No oversight on leadership.
