Generally supportive of a safety culture.

Cons

Wheels are coming off the bus, corporate leadership has more ego than competence and rewards hard work and loyalty with more hard work and less pay. The only employees that receive meritorious promotions are the ones that have bent the knee to HR. Trust and confidence is only going to continue to erode.

It is nice to know you are helping assist patients get the critical care they need.

Cons

Culture in operations is less than ideal. The work group is cliquey, tends to have a lot of unnecessary drama, and management is not open to feedback. High turnover.
