      No daily HQ visit Mid wages No big zones Few collection orders per day specially after first week of the month

      Cons

      Higher collection orders not necessarily get suitable bouns Also higher collection rate didn't get suitable bouns Collection and call center is the lowest dept of this foundation in everything salary, day's off, work hour's, insurance's, HR attention, work environment.

      It is good for intern or volunteers but if you want to work a full-time it is very toxic environment
